Biceps Bench
The Biceps Bench from the TITAN series is a commercial station for isolated biceps training with a fixed, angled pad under the upper arms. The pad prevents swinging and shoulder involvement, so all the load stays in the biceps. The massive 130 kg steel frame stays put even during heavy sets.

The bench is used with a free bar or dumbbells. The Biceps Curl machine has its own lever and load, so the movement is guided.
