Description
Dual Shoulder Raise
The Dual Shoulder Raise from the TITAN series is a commercial plate-loaded machine for isolated delt training. Two independent arms let users raise both arms together or one at a time, while the guided path keeps the movement at the right angle. It builds shoulder width and shape without the swinging common with dumbbells.
Why choose the Dual Shoulder Raise
- Broad shoulders: isolated arm raises work the delts that give the shoulders width.
- Two independent arms: each arm works on its own, so the weaker side can't lag.
- No momentum: the guided path prevents help from the torso and traps.
- 150 kg load capacity: more than enough for an isolation shoulder exercise.
- Custom colours: frame, upholstery and handles in your gym's colours.
Who the Dual Shoulder Raise is for
Bodybuilders and fitness members who want striking, symmetrical shoulders will value it, as will beginners who can't yet manage good dumbbell technique. In the shoulder area it complements the shoulder press (TT07) and lateral raise (TT35).
Frequently asked questions
How is it different from the Lateral Raise (TT35)?
The dual version has two independent arms, so each side can be trained separately. TT35 guides both arms together.
