Description
Iso Hamstring Curl
The ISO Hamstring Curl from the TITAN series is a commercial plate-loaded leg curl machine for training the back of the thighs. Independent lever arms let users train each leg separately and correct strength imbalances. Shaped pads and adjustable rollers keep the body in the right position and protect the knees.
Why choose the ISO Hamstring Curl
- Strong hamstrings: leg curls isolate the back of the thighs, which work less in squats and leg presses.
- Each leg on its own: independent arms even out differences between the left and right leg.
- Knee-friendly: a natural movement path and adjustable rollers reduce stress on the knee joint.
- Injury prevention: strong hamstrings matter for athletes, who often suffer hamstring strains.
- Your own design: frame, upholstery and logo in your gym's colours.
Who the ISO Hamstring Curl is for
Athletes, footballers, runners and their coaches, for whom strong hamstrings help prevent injury, will value it, as will bodybuilders and fitness members shaping their legs. In a gym's leg area it complements the single-leg curl (TT42).
Frequently asked questions
Why train each leg separately?
Most people have one stronger leg. With independent movement the weaker leg can't hide, and differences even out over time.
