Description

Prone Leg Press

The Prone Leg Press from the TITAN series is a commercial plate-loaded machine where users press with their legs while lying face down. The unusual position works the thighs, hamstrings and glutes differently from a classic leg press and takes load off the lower back. The heavy-duty frame with a 300 kg load capacity is built for hard leg training.

Why choose the Prone Leg Press

  • Strong glutes and hamstrings: pressing face down strongly engages the glutes and hamstrings.
  • No spinal load: the torso is supported, so the spine isn't loaded as in a barbell squat.
  • A new stimulus: the unusual pressing angle gives even experienced lifters a fresh challenge.
  • 300 kg load capacity: plenty of load for strength and hypertrophy leg training.
  • Custom colours: frame, upholstery and logo in your gym's colours.

Who the Prone Leg Press is for

Bodybuilders, fitness members focused on glute development and strength gyms that want more than standard leg presses will value it. In a fitness centre it adds something extra to the leg area.
