Front Lat Pulldown Underhand
The Front Lat Pulldown Underhand from the TITAN series is a commercial plate-loaded machine for front pulldowns with a palms-facing grip. The underhand grip works the lower lats and biceps more, so it complements a classic overhand pulldown. Independent arms allow each side to be trained separately.
