D.Y. Row
The D.Y. Row from the TITAN series is a commercial plate-loaded machine inspired by the row made famous by bodybuilder Dorian Yates. The pull travels towards the hips, building thickness and density across the whole back, especially the middle and lower areas. The guided path keeps every rep at the optimal angle.
