Back Row Underhand
The Back Row Underhand from the TITAN series is a commercial plate-loaded machine for rows with a palms-up grip. The underhand grip keeps the elbows close to the body, working the lower lats and biceps more. It complements classic overhand rows and helps build back thickness and shape.
