Viking Press
Viking shoulder presses are a specialized strength training apparatus designed for the development of shoulder, triceps, and upper back muscles. The machine consists of a sturdy frame with a vertical axis onto which weight plates are loaded. The user stands upright, grips the handles at the end of the axis, which can be positioned in multiple angles, and presses them upward over their head.
