Description
ISO Leg Curl
The ISO Leg Curl from the TITAN series is a commercial iso-lateral plate-loaded machine for lying hamstring training. Independent arms let users curl with both legs together or one at a time, and an adjustable roller adapts to leg length. Strong hamstrings matter for performance and injury prevention.
Why choose the ISO Leg Curl
- Strong hamstrings: leg curls isolate the back of the thighs, which work less in squats and leg presses.
- Each leg on its own: independent arms reveal and correct a weaker leg.
- Adjustable roller: the pad adapts to different leg lengths for correct knee position.
- 250 kg load capacity: headroom even for strength athletes.
- Your own design: frame in 1 or 2 colours, upholstery and logo of your choice.
Who the ISO Leg Curl is for
Athletes and coaches, for whom strong hamstrings help prevent strains, will value it, as will bodybuilders and fitness members shaping their legs. Together with the ISO Leg Extension (TT41) it covers the front and back of the thighs.
Frequently asked questions
How is it different from the ISO Hamstring Curl (TT34)?
Both train the hamstrings with independent arms. The difference is the body position during the exercise, which changes the loading angle on the back of the thighs.
